MORRIS – David Allen Welter (R-Morris) was sworn in as the new State Representative of Illinois’ 75th District today in the top floor courtroom of the Grundy County Courthouse surrounded by family, friends and community leaders; filling the vacancy created by the resignation of former State Rep.
